Design Process
Step One – Free Consultation (up to 30 minutes)
Perspective Design & Organization (PDO) will call you to discuss your project and answer questions. Photographs and a $300 non-refundable deposit are required to schedule an in-home appointment, which is applied towards your job total when you decide to move forward.
Step Two – In-Home Design Appointment
PDO comes to your house to measure the area and explain possible limitations, payment requirements, and next steps. We ask many questions to understand your vision and help us create something custom for you and your home!
Step Three – Design
Now that PDO has all the details we need for your project, we create a custom design for you, including images and renderings. Then, we put a proposal together, including costs and an estimated completion timeline.
Step Four – Presentation
Once your design is complete and the proposal is ready, PDO will call you to review your project. We will spend sufficient time with you in your home to get it right the first time. However, if any adjustments are necessary, now is the time to ask.
Step Five – Contract
After your designs are approved and final, it is time to sign the contract, secure a spot on the installation schedule and collect the deposit (50% of the total cost for your project) to move forward. Don’t forget the $300 non-refundable deposit is applied to your job total! 😉
Step Six – Installation
Now, it’s time for your vision to become a reality! The installation time depends on your project’s dollar amount, your chosen finishes, and other factors of your project (i.e., stairs, parking, etc.). You do not need to be home on installation day, but please be accessible if PDO needs to get a hold of you.
